Your satisfaction is extremely important to me.
I strive to provide you with the best possible service and products of the highest quality.
I use every product I offer to you on the web site, and can attest to the quality of each one.
Some of the items have been designed or created by me!

Ordering using the shopping cart provided is guaranteed to be secure.
However, if you are uncomfortable about using your credit card online I have given you the options of phoning or faxing your credit card information.
Orders will be mailed out within 24 hours during the week,unless I am stormed in (which can happen here on the Canadian Prairie)

Because of the actions of a few customers, I now have to implement a strict refund policy.
Defective items will always be cheerfully replaced

If you wish to cancel an order once I have shipped it, there will be a $20.00 restocking and prepaid mail charge.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason within 48 hours of receipt of the item, there will be a $20.00 restocking and prepaid mail.

You must send the item back in your own packaging with the postage paid and the customs document attached.

Videos and DVDs cannot be returned if the original seal is broken.

If the unwanted item was sent to you by any other method than regular Canada Post, (called cheapest method) the additional shipping cost will not be refunded. (ExpressPost, Expedited Mail, Fedex Airmail)
